My Approach

Orthotics can be a great tool to manage foot and ankle conditions however, unfortunately they can be over prescribed in healthcare. In many cases orthotics can either be avoided completely or used temporarily for a period of time alongside a strengthening period to then get out of them or reduce the amount of wear time in them.

In my barefoot strengthening sessions we look at how we can improve function, mobility and strength in the lower limb and higher up the chain without forgetting the rest of your body!
